Yildiz was born in England and is married with two children and two grandchildren. She was initially a school physics/chemistry teacher for many years. There was a major turn in her career when she discovered Vedic astrology at a sensitive point in her life. This so fascinated and inspired her that within a short time she became a Vedic astrologer. She became aware of the value of astrological psychology and karmic patterns as a first step in understanding yourself as essential personal development. This led to an interest in finding ways of releasing the patterns and blocks in herself and facilitating others towards more freedom and personal power. This led to extensive research, study and practice to find the most effective cutting edge methods for deep healing and transformation. She is now a clinical counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, Family Constellations practitioner and specialises in relationship, couples, parenting and family, emotional issues and blockages to success. She is the most experienced practitioner of private constellations in Australia. Yildiz and her husband are very grateful to have received Systemic Family Constellations training from many international trainers In India, Spain, Germany, Austria and Australia, including training with Bert Hellinger himself in 2007 who is the originator of the work.

Yildiz has run a busy private practice for the last seven years in Sydney and has been facilitating Family Constellations workshops regularly since the beginning of 2005. On moving to Brisbane in 2007, Yildiz has now put together all of her services into her Abundance Clinic Ascot, Brisbane and is also running workshops in Brisbane and Sydney on a regular basis. She is also a lecturer at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, originally in Sydney since 2004 and now in the Brisbane branch.

Yildiz works with her husband of thirty seven years, Satish, in Family Constellations workshops. Satish is an IT professional who is also a Reiki master, Vedic astrologer and fully qualified family constellations practitioner. They moved to Brisbane to be closer to their children and grandchildren in 2007 after a profound constellations in 2006 for themselves, at an international seminar, about the 'disconnectedness' of their own families of origin.
