Amanda Robinson works with parents, teachers and other professionals to help raise awareness of Child Sexual Abuse and provides a fresh approach on how to keep children safer from sexual abuse. Amanda is an ex police officer who has worked with both the victims and perpetrators of child sexual abuse. In the course of her work, she has developed a deep empathy and compassion for the victims of abuse and an in-depth understanding of the dynamics involved in child sexual abuse including the physical, emotional and spiritual wounds that are inflicted upon its young victims.

Amanda volunteers with Parent Link Western Australia, providing support to families to develop and strengthen their parenting skills. She is passionate about opening the way for a shift in the way we perceive, parent, educate, protect and respect all children which she feels is vital to ensuring a more peaceful, safe and liveable future.

Amanda is the Author of The Silent Crisis - Simple ways to protect children from sexual abuse. The book outlines ways to keep children safer from sexual abuse and is the culmination of Amanda's experience in the child sexual abuse unit and over five years of research.

Amanda is also a Commercial Charter Pilot and Flying Instructor and currently lives in Perth, Western Australia with her husband and two children.
