As a university-qualified naturopath, I teach parents how to sort through the mass of contradicting information about nutrition and health, and plan the best diet for their whole family. Eating right can overcome allergies, asthma, eczema, middle ear infections, obesity, behavioural problems and other common childhood health issues. And it can prevent autoimmune diseases, cancer and heart disease in later life.
As a counsellor and EFT practitioner, I work with individuals and families on issues such as learning difficulties, stress management, helping kids manage their emotions, helping parents deal with family-of-origin issues that impact on their parenting, addictions, phobias, and overcoming limiting beliefs.
