Our Goal at 213 Osteopathy is to provide our patients with safe and effective treatment to enhance their health and well being. Through effective osteopath treatment we aim to allow them to lead a fuller and healthier life. By providing education to our patients, we give them a greater understanding of their condition and provide self management advice such as stretching, dietary guidance and rehabilitation programs.

The goal of osteopathic treatment is to assist this natural process, maximizing your body’s ability to adjust and cope with the demands of pregnancy and reduce your pain and discomfort.

Osteopathy can also play a vital role in the health of your newborn baby. Gentle osteopathic techniques can be used to correct any muscular tightness or joint restrictions that maybe impacting on your babies health and also reduce the risk of problems developing later in life (such as scoliosis).
