The support I provide in my counselling practice is available to women and men from teenage years onwards. The issues I work with range through anxiety and depression, addictions, childhood sexual abuse and other childhood trauma, Post Adoption Depression, struggles with self esteem and decision making. I also provide pre marriage counselling and supervision to other counsellors. I have 11 years experience (April '09) and have trained in Psychology, Holistic Counselling and Emotionally Focused therapy.
