BirthWise Doulas

We provide comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Dana and Monet have been practicing doulas for almost 10 years.

They have each attended over 200 births in hospital, birthing center, and home birth settings.

Monet Mindell has an MS in clinical sociology, is a certified labor support doula, and is a Lamaze certified childbirth educator. Monet is currently on staff at the parent/family education department at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan, NY.

Dana Wren is a certified labor support doula, a postpartum doula, and is a certified by The National Strength and Conditioning Association and American College of Sports Medicine as a personal fitness trainer who specializes in prenatal/postpartum fitness.

Qualifications and Memberships:
Dana and Monet have been DONA certified doulas.
Monet is a Lamaze certified childbirth educator.
Dana is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine a personal trainer and fitness expert.
