I'm a counsellor and trainer with a commitment to promoting good attachment and good emotional skills. My particular interests are in helping troubled children, and supporting parents to be the best they can.

I'm running the Tuning in to Kids program (a 6-week parenting programme developed at the University of Melbourne, based on emotional intelligence; see tuningintokids.org.au) regularly at my rooms in Freshwater, and also at other areas in Sydney on an as-required basis (I may be able to come to your area if there are enough nos).

I have particular expertise in the areas of adoption and fostering, and have run training programs for parents, carers and workers in these areas.

I'm trained in the Drumbeat Program (10-week therapeutic group drumming program for young people; see holyoake.org.au/Training/DRUMBEAT.aspx) and am able to offer this to interested groups.

I also work as a counsellor with adults, and am a specialist in DBT.
