Program Outline

This program is designed to provide participants with foundational competencies of innovation and creativity required for entrepreneurial leadership.

Drawing on participants existing experience and knowledge this blended learning model aims to give participants management skills and competencies required to successfully lead and manage complex and diverse organisations, projects and people, ecologically and sustainably, in a continuously changing business and/or community environment.

Social Innovation Projects

The main outcome of this program will be for participants to all apply course learnings to research, develop and implement an organisational and/or community based innovative and sustainable ‘project’ that makes a positive ‘economic, environmental and social’ impact.

Who is this program for?

Our programs are for individuals, who have a strong interest in entrepreneurial leadership, innovation and creativity; who care deeply about ecology, sustainability and saving the planet; about relationships, peace, social justice; about self actualisation and self-expression.

Our participants are both inwardly-directed and yet socially concerned; they’re activists, volunteers and/or contributors to good causes. They’re most likely interested in the consciousness movement, in spirituality, psychology and alternative health.

This course is also for those individuals who are new or existing entrepreneurial business owner-operators, franchisees or executive leaders responsible for the strategic leadership of a business or community based organisation.
