Terms and Conditions.

(1) Websites included in these terms and Conditions.

(2) Business, products and services that can be advertised
The rules for promoting products, services and events on the Natural Family Publishing Pty Ltd group of websites is the same as for policy regarding listing in the business directory those terms and conditions listed below.

Businesses
Businesses that may NOT list their services or products in our directory include those offering:-
- Any type of drugs, alcohol or tobacco
- Infant formula, toddler milk drinks and bottle feeding implements (as per the World Health Organisation International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes)
- Disposable nappies - only allowable if perfume free, gel free and biodegradable
- Any non biodegradable cleaning products and personal products that have been tested on animals.
- Any product manufactured in sweat shops.

Products
Any toys or educational products advertised on the NFP sites need to meet the following additional criteria:
- No electronic or battery run products to be advertised
- Toys and educational products must support and encourage children's natural imagination and creative abilities
All advertising is subject to the approval of Natural Family Publishing. This decision is final and discussion will not be entered into.

Events
An event must be an event that most parent would reasonably consider attending. A sales presentation of your business, is NOT an event
Any business, services, events or products entered into the directory that don't meet these criteria will be deleted without notice, monies paid will not be refunded.

(4) Website Up time
The NFP Company makes no explicit guarantee as to up time of the websites, though up time since July 1 2009 has been 99.9%. If for any reason, the NFP family of websites are down in any month for more than 24 hours, banner advertisers paying monthly will receive a pro rata credit towards their next month's advertising.

(5) Placement of banners Positions on the NFP Websites
- Some banners are shown on all websites and banner owners are not able to restrict their banner, to showing on only one website. If however, a banner placement has been set to show on all websites, you may not restrict your banner to showing on certain pages by selecting relevant keywords to associate with your banner

- Some banners are only shown on the forum, either on the home page, or beside the 1st, 2nd or 3rd post.

(6) Payment For Banners
Currently, NFP only accepts payment for banners, via Pay Pal. Prior to a banner campaign expiring, an email will be sent to the banner campaign owner to renew their campaign if they wish it to continue. No campaigns will be continued.

If a banner campaign is set up but not paid for within 48 hours the campaign will be deleted and the banner owner will need to recreate the campaign.
